Privacy policy
ZR Tech collects only the details you submit through an enquiry form and anonymous analytics data after you consent. Enquiry details are used to answer your enquiry and are never sold or shared with advertisers. You can request deletion at any time.
This is a plain-language policy describing how ZR Tech actually operates. It is written to be read, not to be impenetrable. If anything here is unclear, ask and we will explain it rather than pointing at a clause.
Who we are
This policy covers zrtechsoft.com and any project work carried out by ZR Tech, a technology company operating in Pakistan since 2019, also trading as ZR Tech Soft.

What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the name, email address, phone number, city, service, budget range, timeline and message you provide, along with the page you came from and the date and time of submission. Only your name, a contact route and a message are required; the rest are optional and exist to make the reply more useful.
When you visit the site we record no personal data at all unless you accept analytics cookies. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymised usage data with IP anonymisation enabled. If you decline, no analytics script loads and nothing is collected.
During a project we may hold credentials you supply for your own systems, such as hosting or domain accounts. These are held only for as long as the work requires and are removed at handover.
Why we collect it
Enquiry details are used to answer your enquiry, prepare a scope document and, if you become a client, deliver and support the work. That is the whole purpose.
Analytics data is used to understand which pages help people and which do not, so the site can be improved. It is aggregated and is not used to identify individuals.
We do not use your details for profiling, automated decision-making, or any advertising purpose.
Lawful basis
For enquiry data, the basis is your consent when you submit the form, and thereafter the performance of a contract if you become a client.
For analytics, the basis is consent only, collected through the cookie banner before anything loads.
For any client in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we apply the same standard as we would under the General Data Protection Regulation, including the rights set out below, regardless of where processing takes place.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or list buyers, and we never will.
The only third parties that may process data on our behalf are our email and hosting providers, which transmit and store enquiry messages, and Google Analytics, which processes anonymised usage data if you consented to it.
We will disclose data if compelled by a lawful order from a competent authority in Pakistan, including under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016. If that happens and we are permitted to tell you, we will.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for twelve months, so that we can recognise a returning enquirer, then deleted.
Client project records are kept for seven years after the engagement ends, which reflects normal accounting and tax record-keeping requirements in Pakistan.
Credentials for your systems are deleted at handover. Analytics data follows the retention period configured in Google Analytics, currently fourteen months.
How it is protected
The site is served over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security, a Content-Security-Policy, and the standard set of protective response headers. Enquiry forms are protected by a token check, a honeypot field, a timing check and per-address rate limiting.
Enquiry records are written to a log file that is blocked from web access at the server level. Access to that file and to client credentials is limited to the people delivering your project.
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will tell you what happened, what was affected and what we are doing about it, without waiting to be asked.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, ask for a copy in a portable format, withdraw consent for analytics at any time, or object to a particular use.
Write to info@zrtechsoft.com and we will respond within thirty days. There is no charge. We may ask you to confirm your identity before releasing or deleting anything, which protects you rather than us.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled a request, tell us first so we can put it right. You retain the right to complain to a relevant supervisory authority.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has submitted details, write to us and we will delete them.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the foot of this page changes with it. Material changes affecting existing clients are communicated directly rather than left to be noticed.
